ENTRANCE INTO THE CLUB:

This is a volunteer based club. Meaning the members make up the club. Dedication and devotion will help the Club strive and grow. Just keep that in mind.

 1.  Minimum modifications for entrance:

      a.  At least one Engine Upgrade that increases horsepower 10+ over stock. 

      b.  Paint and Body- Must have a good (not necessarily custom) paint job and body.

      c.  Any one of the following:  Tires and Rims (after market); Sound system (over-stock);    

          Interior (cleanliness and Custom work)

2.  Voting:

      a.  Only the President or the co-founders, with the Presidents permission, may waive the minimum modifications, and allow entrance into the club.

      b.  Once modifications have been established, a minimum of three members (one must be the President or a Vice-President for fairness and compliance) will vote. Majority rules.  If  petitioner is not voted in, he/she must wait one month before resubmission for consideration. On re-votes the voters will change to eliminate bias judgments.

3.  Member Responsibilities upon Acceptance:

      a.  Member must submit initial payment

      b.  Supply contact number and email for meetings

      c.  Create a car domain web page (www.cardomain.com)

      d.  Attend all meetings or events (call in advance if you are unable to attend)

      e.  Be on-time with dues as outlined in these rules

       f.  Place Club Banner on Front windshield (preferred) or back window

4.  Club responsibilities to Member:

      a.  Provide banner and a T-shirt

      b.  Notify member of upcoming meetings and events

      c.  Provide a copy of minutes and treasury reports if meetings are missed

      d.  Make a personalized web page featuring the members car 

POSITIONS AND DUTIES

PRESIDENT/FOUNDER- Overall responsible for the entire club RPMS Unleashed and its affiliates and their activities. Holds the Copyright and Trademarks of logos belonging to the club. Maintains an accurate book and log for all events, funds, and payments to ALL chapters belonging to RPMS Unleashed and its affiliates. Is the contact point for all changes in any of the rules pertaining to RPMs Unleashed and it affiliates. May assign and remove positions within any chapter. Selects Senior Vice Presidents for RPMs Unleashed and its affiliates.

Senior Vice President- Has the same responsibilies as the President except does not hold the copyright or trademark. Is usually in charge of a chapter or affiliate body. Has the right to waive modifications for entry only. Keeps and accurate book of finances available, events and minutes for each meeting and event. Provides the President with the same copies of funds, events, and minutes for auditing purposes. May not change the rules without written or verbal consent from the President. Assigns and removes any positions available within their chapter. 

Vice President- Assists the SR VP in their duties. Acts as the SR VP in case of absence. Suggests members for positions within the Chapter. Oversees the secratary and treasurer books. Reveiws the monthly newsletter. Is a key voter when voting new members in. Is directly in charge of the CEO, Treasurer and Secretary.

INITIAL AND MONTHLY DUES / CLUB FUNDS:

1.  Initial Membership Fee:

     a.  Must be payed through the site, moneyorder or cash. No personal checks

     b.  Are used to cover the cost of the first months dues, T-Shirt, and Banner

     c.  Must be paid within 15 days of acceptance into the Club (nothing will be issued until payment is received)

 2.  Monthly dues:

     a.  ARE  NOT USED FOR PERSONAL PURCHASES, INDIVIDUAL BILLS, MONETARY GAINS OR ANYTHING NOT PERTAINING TO CLUB ACTIVITIES AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

     b. Are used to cover entrance costs to events for members;  Community BBQs;  ETC.

     c. Must be paid by the 15th of every month. Late payments incur a five dollar late fee. If not paid for two months, member will be considered for removal from Club.

 3.  Treasurer Responsibilities:

     a.  Provides a detailed, accurate list of available funds for events to every member

     b.  Makes withdraws for events ONLY AFTER IT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY MEMBERS OR PRESIDENT UPON VOTING

     c.  Keeps ALL receipts for up to 1 year after event for audit purposes

  * On occasions,  the Club may make exceptions as a whole for donations to emergency's or charity situations*

 EVENTS 

1.   Car Shows:

      a.  All members will meet at a designated area, if possible and feasible, and travel together

      b.  All members will wear their Club T-Shirt while in attendance

      c.  Entrance fee will be paid from Club funds after approval at a regular scheduled meeting

      d.  Individual awards are for the member to keep but, must be brought to car shows for display

      e.  Club awards will stored in the Garage and brought to the Car shows by the President or a designated representative (usually a co-founder)

2.   Hochenheim Ring Track Events:

      a.  All members will meet at a designated area, if possible and feasible, and travel together

      b.  All members will wear their Club T-Shirt while in attendance

      c.  Entrance fee for pit parking will be paid from Club funds after approval at a regular scheduled meeting (track race is paid at members own expense)

3.   Community BBQs:

      a.   All members will meet at a designated area, if possible and feasible, and travel together

      b.   Travel destination and date will be decided by group vote in a regular scheduled meeting

      c.   Food will be paid for by donation from members
